Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a refund or replacement:

• A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
• Video must begin from the sealed outer package
• Shipping label must be clearly visible
• Damage or issue must be shown during first opening
• Video must be recorded at the time of delivery

Claims without valid video proof will be rejected.

 

Claim Timeframe

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
