Pre-Order Definition
A pre-order item is not currently in stock and is ordered from manufacturers or suppliers specifically for you.
Delivery Timelines
- Timelines shown are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs
- Such delays do not qualify as grounds for chargebacks or disputes
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order
- Currency conversion for international customers depends on the payment gateway or bank
Cancellation
- Allowed only before supplier dispatch
- Processing or administrative fees may apply
- Not allowed after dispatch or arrival at our facility
If a supplier cancels production, a full refund will be issued.
Returns on Pre-Orders
- Same rules as in-stock items after dispatch
- Mandatory unboxing video applies
